Back in 1999, going through some hard times, Stéphane went to see his uncle Nicolas and a friend of the Lambiel family, Remo Sargenti, to ask them for help. They immediately decided to create a fan club for Stéphane.

Today, the fan club counts about 500 people whose generosity helps pay for Stéphane's skating expenses.

The fan club tries to keep its members updated about Stéphane's career and results. Trips are also organized for members to go support Stéphane at important competitions - and they never leave a rink unnoticed! In January 2003, about 30 people traveled to the European Championships in Malmö. A year later, 45 members went to Euros in Budapest and about 20 to Worlds in Dortmund. In 2005, 50 people were at Euros in Torino and 32 happy campers witnessed Stéphane's victory in Moscow. In 2006, 80 fans took the trip to Euros in Lyon and 100 people were at the Olympic Games in Torino...

In the fall of 2006, Pierre-Yves Puippe succeeded to Remo Sargenti as president of the fan club.
